This is for the seals to rebuild the 5 hydraulic cylinders that raise, lower, and lock your retractable roof, with multi-page guideline, PLUS a Free Hydraulic Pump Refill Kit With Instructions
This set of 5 O-rings is what you need to rebuild all 5 of your car roof’s hydraulic cylinders.
The O-rings in the kit are organized by cylinder, so you know which ones go to which cylinders.
These seals are a direct replacement of the OEM Ucup ROD seal
This is an upgrade to the OEM seal, which is not capable of withstanding the aggressive/corrosive hydraulic fluids.
The Nitrile Rubber compound used in this seal is exceptionally resistant to petroleum based oils, found in hydraulic fluids used in the Mercedes Benz convertible top hydraulic system.
Item includes 5 Nitrile 70 rubber O-rings, a very useful No Scratch pick tool to help remove the old seal and a Multi-page illustrated guideline.

The kit includes seals which are a direct replacement for the failed urethane OEM u cup ROD seals
Mercedes will tell you the cylinders cannot be rebuilt and will want to sell you a completely new cylinder costing $$$$.
All hydraulic cylinders in vehicles or machinery you come across can be rebuilt. That’s why there are many companies out there that manufacture replacement seals.
If you are competent with the use of basic hand tools this kit is a DIY project for you and will save you $$$$
We will not be found responsible for misuse, misinterpretation and poor workmanship when installing the seals. Correct installation is responsibility of the Buyer, we are not responsible for the outcome of installations performed by third party installers like your mechanic. If you do use a mechanic please ensure he has carried out this installation procedure competently before

I received my purchase very quickly via usps. My order came as presented in the web site and I am sure it will do everything as promissed. I have not installed this fix yet because after watching the how to video on youtube again, I became concerned that the kit is missing an important part to complete the seal, the “rod seal.” I ordered the kit that contains this part and I will leave a remark after I apply it. The part fit well and stopped the leak. Currently, I have only repaired the front cylinder. It would have been nice to get a confirmation email and timing of shipment.
